By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms:

Commissioned artwork cannot be minted / used for any NFT purposes.

Accepted currency is USD and payment will be made via Paypal. Prices are subject to change based upon demand and clarity of reference. +Animation Commissions are subjected to a 10% down payment

I have the right to reject any order or revision that I do not feel comfortable drawing for any reason.

Work I refuse to do are as follows, Nudity, Sexual Activity, Depictions of Death, Harm or Violent Acts

Do not send payment without prior communication with me. Payment should be sent ONLY when requested.

I reserve the full rights to the image and its use/distribution unless otherwise agreed upon (rights to the image for your own non-personal use may be purchased at any time).

I do not accept payment before starting ANY commissions I will contact you twice with a sketch and outline for revisions when you confirm accepted design I will ask for payment and follow through to finish the commission.

You are not allowed a refund once I have checked in with you and confirmed design and started working on the commission. As the first steps are to ensure you’re comfortable with my quality of work

If for any reason I am unable to finish your commission, you will be issued a full refund.

Do not go through Paypal refund / chargeback. Refunds will be transferred manually.

Illustrated Commissions can take 2-3 weeks depending on work/life circumstances

Animated Commissions can take upwards of 3-6 months depending on work life circumstances as well as being one person and not a fully staffed studio
